Bus was disgusting dusty and stains on seats, money back more like free HEALTH INSURANCE
People waiting on the buss stop next to the Royal Mail warehouse and the guy just leaves them there without picking anyone, amazing!!!
I would like to make a complain which is located at Orion Bivd next to the Royal mail warehouse where the buss driver didnt picked us and i do have a video of that will strongly try to get what he deserve for his unprofessional act!!
Seen as Warrington buses have BLOCKED ME ON FACEBOOK because they don't like my complaints and won't deal with them, thought I would try here..Yesterday, I was sat on a crowded bus for 15 minutes as they wouldn't let us into the bus station. I'm 34 weeks pregnant and they wouldn't let us off or open the doors for us to get some air. In the end, it took someone opening the emergency doors at the back before they got us moving again into the bus station. Absolutely disgusting.
The number 11 once again has been removed from service at 12.09pm leaving only 1 bus in an hour. Possibly the worst bus service ever. What makes it worse is the Westy bay is right neXT door 6 buses in 30 minutes left the bay. I have written letters and complained on numerous occasions nothing changes
