NEGATIVE 5 stars (no option for that in the rating system). Would be clients, stay away! After not being able to book through the website and nobody answering the phone (during working hours), I managed to book through a travel agent. When I arrived, I presented a US driver's license but was asked to present the utility bill to prove my UK address... Left with nothing but an hour wasted. I'd recommend considering a real company before booking with Europcar.
Booked car online, then rejected when picking up the car as we were not registered on the electoral register at our current address!They could have checked this when I booked online, saving me a great deal of time & expense.

My mobility car went in the garage for repairs.. i have a disabled child and they hve left me with NO CAR because "they dont have any" absolutely disgusting
