Booked my car in for its MOT and they rang within 15 minutes to let me know that they couldn't do the MOT due to my car being too low. Not really their fault. Customer service transferred the MOT to the knutsford road garage. Just be informed that if your car is modified/lowered then check before hand.
My daughters car was due for its service and first MOT, I have used Halfords before and was confident that both jobs would be done properly. It was so easy to book online and I got a confirmation email.I dropped it off and was greeted by a member of staff who was cheerful and polite and was happy to answer some questions.I picked it up at the end of the day and the car was waiting for me all ready and with the correct paperwork.I didnt need to pay as I had already paid online. A great service and I will definitely be back.
