Excellent service. Car was recovered to John Oates garage by the RAC as its one of their approved garages. Before we arrived they have given me a quote for the work over the phone and booked me in. Great service, everything explained and reasonable cost. Five stars, recommended.
Absolutely superb service - stayed open one evening when I had to be towed to the garage - and a friendly, helpful and really professional service. These guys really know what they are doing.

Saw about 5 different garages and they were the only ones to check my car exhaust give me a quote even though they couldnt fit me in that day. The price was resenable and uncovered that I was in need of an extra part. They got the part the next day and on delivery of the car repaired it that day. Would recommend.
