I went to Roughley's to buy a headstone for my late wife. I didn't realise what a personal service they give you. I dealt with a lady named Sue, she was so helpful, she guided me, helped me with suggestions, ideas etc. When the stone had been made she phoned me to ask me to view the stone to make sure it was what I wanted, it was only then it was put in place. I want to say a big thank you to Sue, you were so kind to me.
I have used Roughleys to renovate a marble headstone 100 year old that was in quite poor condition.They have now turned it into one of the finest memorials in St Thomas graveyard.It was a long job but well worth the wait.Would I recommend them? Absolutely

Excellent customer service very please with the headstone. Friendly helpful staff. Delivered on the day they said they would. Very happy and the headstone was done to exactly how we wanted it. It's beautiful we had gold writing and a silver star that sparkles just what we wanted. Thank you for a pleasant experience on what is a sad time for us all.
Excellent customer service!I live nearly 200 miles away from the grave site so everything was done from a distance. Roughleys were understanding, kind and caring and kept me informed every step of the way. The restored, 40 year old headstone looked like new and it was a great comfort to see that my family grave was in good hands.
