Staff great. Refurb nice. Shelves pretty empty? I've been in and everytime I've been in they are out of stock on 3 to 4 items. And its stuff they stock.
The store staff have a lack of Respect to client...poor customer service...lack of manners to customer ....dissapointing as you do not feel welcomed in the shop.
Store looks fantastic after a total rebranding, it now has three tills and two selfscan tills the aisles are really easy to get down and it now ranges a wide selection of products.
Absolutely awful service again ques wrapped around the shop every time I go in and only 1 person on the tillswhen will the so called management learn
I collected my items to purchase and got to the till and the lady serving (Suzanne) was rushing everybody, the man who was in front of me and collecting his paid items she had her arm out ready to get my items, so I walked to the till and she scanned my items in a rushed pace told me the price and as she handed me my change I was putting my change in my purse and before i could even do that she was scanning somebody else's items and putting them which my paid items. this is totally unacceptable and i was not happy with the service she delivered. would not recommend this co-op with rude staff members.
