The staff are clueless as to what there job is, they gave me the wrong date and time of court case
Absolutely Abysmal service. Simply phoning the enquiries line it's constantly engaged and when it finally gets through the phone rings out. Queries line is the same. Half a day and untold costs trying to phone through for a simple query. ABSOLUTE JOKE

Phoned this court 3.8.2017 and informed by answerphone that the Court was now vlosed for business and to contat the St. Helens Merseyside court.
This court building is easily accessed from the car park of the shopping centre opposite. The parking there is cheap and can be paid for by card.The court access is by a foot path through a grass and trees area and path. The security staff at this venue are usually friendly and polite and will assist those who are not sure where they are going.The court has a small cafe (not much to write home about but then no courts have good facilities in this regard since Compass Group took them over).The court facilities are basic but comfortable.
