I aways get appointment on the same day when I ring up. Staff very friendly and excellent at sorting out any problems I my have.We have very good Doctors at this practice and it seems to run very smoothly.
I've been with helsby st medical centre since the day it opened as the original surgery in that was on barley road shops in Thelwall was far to small so in total I've been with them for a total of 43 years and hope to be with them for many more
Came into this surgery to change over from penketh health center as it is around the corner for me. Today I am really I'll where I'm reffered to a doctor asap, this surgery doesn't have my details as previous application and penketh cant see to me as I am classed as out of area. Forget it I will leave the doctors and just suffer thanks
