Used Mears & Jackson twice, once 4 years ago and once today. Cannot fault Chris and the team and yet again received a very professional, compassionate & helpfull service. Nothing is too much trouble and honestly looked after us both times. Thankyou!
Shocking. Our family went to visit the our deceased only to arrive with the body being removed from the freezer unit moments before. Resulting in an extremely traumatic experience having to see and touch an ICE COLD relative, undressed in a cold depressing room. We had dropped clothes off days before and the body had not been dressed. Highly highly unprofessional. Avoid like the plague. Plenty of other funeral providers in Warrington. Save yourself the stress.
This company has caused the family undue distress, they handled my fathers funeral, then in April we paid them over 300 to have his headstone engraved and it is now almost August and they have not carried out this work. The family are upset, having read in another review who have received similar treatment they clearly have little regards for bereaved families.

Please I beg you, go somewhere else. Runcorn or Warrington they are both the same GO ELSEWHERE! LOOK AT THE REVIEWS!Grieving for the loss of a loved one is a horrific experience which was in no way helped by this bunch of unprofessional, disrespectful p** takers.It took OVER A YEAR to get a headstone. OVER A YEAR!!! No one picks up the phone or calls you back. If you want the guy in charge, forget about it! 'He's at the other office today''He'll call you back!' Utter lies!!They messed up the tombstone, the internment, no customer service.I hope they go out of business. UTTER DISGRACE! And I hope they are ashamed.
