This review is based only on visiting the wet changing room area and sauna. Because otherwise I do like using all the other areas of Orford Jubilee like the Gym or the sports hall. Last time I used the sauna the it was probably 2-3 years ago and everything was working as it should and the place was spotless. What a difference now. It is just filthy and disgusting and after just one round in the sauna I gave up and left. ......Cold showers not working , rubbish everywhere, no toilet paper and I could continue..... few months later upgrading from 2 to 4 , because I have visited the gym few times and it is nice and spacious, maybe a bit cold due to air conditioning, but thumbs up
Review of Football Pitch - We took an U16 girls team here to play against Crosfield team on Saturday and were told to play on the far pitch on the left beyond the trees but when we got there it was looking like an unmown meadow with grass around 5 inches long. It was no use trying to pass the ball as it sopped after about 3 yards. It is possibly the worst pitch we have sent a team to play on in 3 years. If a council is going to provide facilities it should have a duty to keep them in a playable condition as ther kids deserve better than this.
Blood test. Having visited the blood clinic this morning just had to say how clean it was my waiting time was 10 mins and how friendly the staff was. Would definitely recommend going there for blood tests
After 2 attempts to swim here in a week i honestly cannot be bothered to go back to this place.Rule 1. Kids pool fullRule 2. Ladies onlyRule 3. Cant heat up your sausage rollRule 4. Cant hand out armbandsRule 5. Half of your family can go in kids pool the rest can waitRule 6. Wait till 12 for ladies only to finish, oh wait we forgot to mention waiting 1 more hour for no apparent reason to open kids poolMaybe i am meant to check these milliin of fun draining rules before going, but ive been livinh somewhere where if u turn up and pay to swim u swim. Is it a miracle? No, its just considerate of customer experience Try pretending you are a customer and get of your crappy high horse and you may just save your business instead of ripping people off
Good facility, the baby pool is nice and warm, changing rooms arn't the most hygienic but I can put up with that. The reception staff are extraordinarily poor and very lazy and unhelpful. It can take at least 6 times calling and on hold for 3-4 mins before anyone answers the phone if they do at all. I called recently and after a long hold on the line, someone picked the phone and put it straight down without speaking. This has happened on 3 separate ocasions. Ive been stood at reception as the 3 staff behind the desk chat about their weekend as the phone is ringing off the hook and there is a queue at the desk forming. These issues have been consistent each time rather than an odd occasion. We dont bother coming here any longer.
