If I could give no stars I would.Absolutely disgusted in the care my daughter received today, it was last minute appointment and they fitted us in. It took less than 5 minutes to do, she didn't section the hair just brushed and cut, I didn't get chance to check it over as my daughter was going straight out, when she's come home I've look and it's so bad I've had to call out a home hairdresser at half 8 to get it fixed, will definitely not recommend this place and won't be returning too
Went in for a last minute hair cut before a wedding and they were very accommodating getting me in straight away, very friendly staff, excellent men's haircut and great value
Firstly, the lady who did my hair was nice and friendly, but couldn't take direction.Sadly she did not listen to what I wanted and decided to do the polar opposite and give me a standard blokes haircut.I had a big bush of hair and could mostly tie it back, however had an interview the following day. I SPECIFICALLY said "I need it tidied up but want to grow it out so don't chop it all off please". I said this a few times because I have grown it for nearly a year. After getting home, showering and drying it off, she has chopped off about 75%+ of my hair and basically given me a short back and sides and just thinned the top.My family members are barbers and the only reason I came here was because it was highly recommended and closer to my new home. Now I have no hair and need a reputable barber :(TLDR Please don't chop off all of my long hair...she chopped off all of my hair
Friendly helpful staff listen to what you want.
Haircuts: 3/5 Costumer service: -99/100My dad went in to Brewsters to get appointments for our hair cuts, he got told that the price was going to be 11.50 each, the three appointments being for myself and my two sisters (6 years old, 12 years old and 15 years old, this was questioned at the time). This price was for a dry trim. When my mum got there, they were told for the 6 year old it was 11 and got a good hair cut, even if three snips was all it took. Later that day was the twelve year olds appointment, the trim that was given was good but took no more than five minutes, we then got told we had the wrong price for the 12 year old so we paid 13.50, without argument. As my mum paid she was asked about the final appointment and the age of the teenager that was having it, as soon as they heard the age the price went up and they were informed that she had to have a wash and dry as well, the price for this was 30.60, my mum did not make any comment on this as she was shocked and they left. After a discussion by phone to check what my dad had made the appointments, it was decided to cancel the final appointment. However when I called to cancel the miss told priced appointment and to put in a complaint, the receptionist was polite but had to get one of the stylist to talk about the complaint she then told me that my mum had told her that she thought she could have got away with paying 11.50 this was a big lie, our conversation wasnt me putting in a complaint it was her telling me that the price was displayed on the sign and basically called us stupid at the end I cancel my appointment and I got a sarcastic 'ok bye'
