When my obsolete, in-line sliding Patio Door lock failed, I had problems finding a new replacement lock which would fit my set up. Eventually I found Northwest Hardware and they had a repair lock which was better quality than my original lock and with new handles, fitted a treat.I also had two spare ABS euro lock keys cut by the same company. When I had a slight problem with the keys, their no hassle approach was admirable to say the least and the problem was soon sorted out.I certainly recommend North West Hardware and will purchase from them again when the need arises.
