Very good services......And doctors here are also very good...

they did an amazing job bringing my baby into the world in October 2017. Nurses were very reassuring.

Absolute disgrace of a hospital. Fob you off where ever possible and nurses need to realise that being polite and having manners isnt hard! Nothing but rude staff that arent willing to help so beyond me why they do the job they do.

Staff here are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. My 3 year old had an operation here and nothing was too much trouble for them, always happy and smiling too and always nice to us parents. Compared to some of the staff at Whiston it is a million times better.. the actual hospital is dated and needs a full refurb but really can not fault the service, amazing people

No better than a third world hospital. Doctors were excellent but took a while to see me. First person to see me was not a triage nurse or any medical professional at all but a "chargeable patients advocate", whose job it was to basically take my money because I was not registered in the NHS. Nurses were awful, just short of abusive, even though I had acute colitis and was in the absolute worst pain of my life. Triage nurse stormed over to me while I was lying on the bench barely conscious and yelled at me to walk even though I begged for a wheelchair. I almost fainted. She manhandled and poked and prodded me and treated me like a malingering nuisance, snapping at me because I couldn't sit up properly for her to take my blood pressure. Then she shoved me into a wheelchair, where I was wheeled into A and E, and stuck on a bed without a blanket and ignored for a while. Other nurse took her sweet time getting me painkillers and then wouldn't allow me to drink water, nor would she even give me an IV. I was incredibly dehydrated, almost hypovolemic. No one seemed to care except the doctor, who came 4 hours later. Absolutely the worst care from nurses I've ever received in my life. Doctors were wonderful though, very kind and with a good bedside manner. Aside from them, though, this place is a total nightmare! Warrington hospital nurses, I don't care how badly you're paid, treat your patients with more dignity, respect and humanity! The way I was treated here was utterly appalling.
