Clueless, don't show due diligence, been fined by the SRA in 2010 and I can see why.
My mother passes away within the last week and had to get some documents signed by a solicitor to close her accounts. I literally interrupted his lunch as I dropped in with no appointment and he was happy to see me and get me sorted there and then. Such a compassionate gentleman and really sets the standard that today's society needs to be at.Thanks again, and sorry for barging in.
