I can only praise this garage & particularly the owner Carl, as they went out of their way to help me get a person hoist fitted to my car. Their advice was excellent & the fitting went without a hitch. Excellent customer service & value.
I had a wonderful experience with BAS NW Ltd I was recovering from a serious illness and had serious mobility issues. Carl and the staff were so helpful and made what was quite a traumatic first experience out after many months of being in hospital and then housebound they made it so much easier. Paul the driver collected me and my sister from my home in Widnes and drove us to the office/showroom in Warrington he was so kind and looked after us so well. I tested a swivel seat and hoist which were suitable for my car nothing was too much trouble. Prior to my visit Carl liaised with me over my needs and was happy to help and answer any questions I had and even a couple of weeks later he checked up to see how things were going excellent customer service.
