A nice venue run by nice people, good music and drinks offers and staff. I feel bad to leave only 4 stars but the toilet attendant let the side down, by over pressuring me and my friends to use his products and just applying aftershave to one guy without even asking if he wanted any, then his pal just stood infront of one guy until he paid, great shame because the rest was perfect.

After working here for almost a year - I can infrom you that you're better off at any other nightclub in Warrington. Unless you enjoy loud distorted versions of the top 40 played through a speaker system from the 90s, watered down drinks and customers that have little to no regard for human decency, the staff are hard working although the management is extremely poorly ran: 3-6 Month bans imposed for the managers personal vendettas, their financing as as loose as it can be without the company going under and the money hungry owner has had next to no repairs or additions to the 100 year old building. The only positives is for under 18s since their ID checks are insanely inconsistent and they regularly allow in customers as young as 16. In conclusion this business is ran using illegal practices and the worst management I've ever witnessed. from its cocaine covered tables to it's useless managerial staff, Best to avoid this one

Disgusting place. Disgraceful staff and abusive, violent doorman. I got chucked out and got back hander across the face by a male bouncer for asking a male bouncer why he was standing outside my toilet cubicle when I came out. (Politely might I add). Absolutely disgusting place. After that incident I heard that the doormen assault people all the time including women

The manager. (owner) was extremely rude with me only because I was wearing a hoody. Although there was no sign that they don't allows hoodies. He said that I'm not allowed to be in the club with a hoody, but this happened after we paid our entry, clock room and drinks. He didn't gave me an explanation why. Although inside the club there was at least another 10 people with hoods. Thanks to the girls from the reception he didn't kick us out. But after this attitude there was no need to do so. I felt unwanted and a bit humiliated so we left very quickly after that. Thanks to the bar across the road ( Voodoo) my mood was back to normal.

Great venue and amazing family-run team with fantastic customer-care skills. I've heard of people losing phones and valuables and having them returned! Couldn't wish to meet a more friendly, honest bunch of people who will rally round to help if you've an issue that needs resolving. A highly recommended and reputable outfit. I can only say a very big thank you to Sally, Paddy and all the team.
