Fabulous Afternoon Tea. Really friendly staff. Well worth a visit.
Lovely Spa with a great range of treatments, friendly but professional staff and good value for money. There is also a pretty little cafe on site although I haven't yet used it.
Took an injury with my toe to which i had to inform Spa Beautiful of this, the receptionist Julia didn't seem very clued up to what i was telling her so i rang a few times to either get someone else or an answer to whether i could have them done still. They didn't have me booked in for a french shellac manicure and when having this done after 2 days the shellac has started to lift, which i've now gone elsewhere to have a proper job done. When coming to pay Julia dealt with the payment tried to charge me for the pedicure i didn't have then questioned me to why i didn't have these done after telling her several times. I guess it doesn't help putting a kid on the reception. Not the best experience for my 2nd time. The only thing i can say good towards here was the massage and therapist were spot on and glad some of the service was good. Wont be back here now, will try somewhere else
How have I only just been to this place?! I felt so pampered and cared for and left the most chilled out I've felt in a long long time. Im 27 weeks pregnant and had the mum to be massage (with Jane who was lovely) and I seriously recommend to any woman out there who is feeling the pregnancy aches/feeling generally uncomfortable or just wants a good pamper before the mum duties start! I will definitely be going back and trying out the other treatments too. X
Fantastic relaxing peaceful place. A real hidden gem. The staff are friendly, professional and they actually care! Well be going back again. Definitely worth a visit as a place to relax and destroys.
