We didnt have time to go into the house and gardens. However, this review is in appreciation of the staff in the cafe. Without hesitation, they stayed open after their usual closing time to accommodate our small family group. The venue is bright and clean, the food fresh and the welcome was outstanding. Just what we needed. Thanks again.
Love a trip to Walton gardens. Good spot with a cafe and well maintained toilets. Theres a good kids playground and an animal area with birds, squirrels, rabbits, donkeys. They also have a crazy golf and pitch and put area. And its right on the canal if you fancy a walk along. Theyre currently restoring the historic glass house. Cant wait to see it when its done.
A great place to visit. Beautiful gardens. Brilliant children's play area and small zoo with a great range of animals. Very clean and safe.Crazy golf, proper golf and bowling green.Great caf in amazing courtyard setting.Hall is impressive and absolutely stunning inside.Canal passes through centre of park. Bring duck food! Lots of parking. A full family day out that will get even better as the new glass houses are opened.
Excellent half way meeting point between Stafford/Blackburn. We all enjoyed it especially two year old granddaughter. Animals and site well kept
Brilliant venue. I have been going there for 60 years or more. The gardens are well kept by the dedicated work force. All the children's swings are relatively new and well maintained. And the animals in the children's zoo are carefully looked after. And above all this admission free.
