My kids performed in a play so I'm slightly biased in my review. The staff were amazing. There was someone to help all over the place. Hot drinks and snacks available. Seating was ok, they could do with more comfortable seating. The place was very warm. It was easy to hear due to microphones and speakers. The lighting was just right not too dark.
Always enjoyed the shows I have been to see. Granddaughter been in many of the dance shows. Staff very pleasant and helpfull. Got my tickets for the panto. Lady in ticket office very helpful.
Went for comedy store. Been going every December for last few years. There are some good comedians here. Was disappointed that 'main' act was also on a couple of years ago using most of same lines. I waited 40 minutes to get a drink which was excessive and almost missed the start of show but a tip is to buy your drink for after interval too and they are left out to collect. Can recommend evening which is on a few times a year and would go again
Visited the pyramid several times . . . Mainly the comedy store which has been great value for money and really good. It's a nice venue bit needs some ventilation/air con. The bar could do with a little bit of a makeover just to make it more welcoming
Great entertainment. Several theatres and performance spaces large and small. Friendly helpful non officious staff. A pleasure to be there. Plenty of loos on each floor. Stairs and lifts. 3 floors of performance spaces. A small bar in the cella with reasonable prices. This is a modern concrete and steel building. It's quite brutal architecture. Its spotlessly clean. All areas are wheelchair accessible.
