We have visited a number of times previously, we have always had such a lovely time, so expected the same experience. We were bitterly disappointed! I visited the restaurant this evening with my husband and our 7 year old daughter. After ordering our food, a sharing starter and mains, we received a rude look when she asked us a question and we answered no we would like our daughters meal served with our own main meal (as we were sharing the starter). After our main meal we asked for the desert menus and were given these at the same time as our daughters ice-cream and had to ask for the ice cream to be put in the freezer until our desert had ordered and served. The waitress again looked at us rudely and said well I hope we have room to put it in there!Whilst eating the deserts, we were asked twice if our daughter had finished her desert when she clearly had not yet finished. Then sat for ten minutes waiting to ask for the bill before being approached by the receptionist apologising saying Im really sorry but we have this table booked for someone else we explained we had been waiting to ask for the bill to get the reply of oh ok il get thatAfter going out for a treat and celebration, spending over 100 for a special evening, you do not expect to be treated in this manner! To say we feel let down and disappointed is an understatement.

Amazing meal. Damon our waiter was so good and helpful. He helped us choose our meal it was delicious. Thank you so much for a lovely time. Would recommend Mr laus fabulous food

I ate spicy seafood noodles and it was amazing. The dish was more spicy than I was expecting, but it was still delicious. I also tried green pepper chicken from my boyfriend and it was as well amazing. Cocktails were as amazing as food. They have different deals during the week which is also a plus.

Absolutely loved it it here. Food is amazing. Service was outstanding and there is also a very good bar that serves many varieties of drinks. My only negative is that the chop sticks are disposable ones. Better quality chop sticks would be an improvement.

I had a wonderful time with some friends at Mr Lau's. We went on a Wednesday when the menu is half price and most of us got the till her of steak and ling prawn surf and turn which should have been 25 for 12.50 and it was absolutely delicious. Staff were really friendly, especially our waiter who we think was named Simon and the lady at front of house. They both could not have been more welcoming and helpful! Menus are huge but not an issue and price was quality of food was superb. Will definitely recommend!
