My single experience with this branch has put me off hiring a car for the foreseeable futureI was due to travel to Bristol on a Thursday afternoon/ evening to attend a dear friends Funeral on the Friday. I had asked to be collected at 4:30 so that I could be away by 5 . I left work an hour early so that I was ready to be collected. The depot had said that they would call me when they were on the way. When the time reached 4:30 and I hadnt heard anything I tried to call them.It took over 20 minutes of constant redialling before anyone answered and even then I was rudely spoken to by being told I was to be put on hold as he was busy! To cut a long story short, after many many phone calls to the depot I was finally collected at around 6:30.Theyd held the depot open for me as it usually closed at 6. By 7pm I was sat in the drivers seat ready to go when the bloke organising my hire told me I had to pay 200.00 refundable deposit. Id not been advised of this at any point prior. I had available funds to cover the cost but not on me as my other card was at home. Sadly I was left with the option if you cant pay then you cant take the car.I then left the depot and walked 2 miles before being collected by my partner who took me the rest of the way.I raised a complaint as over 1 week later I still havent heard from anyone.There is no regard for the customer in my experience only money!As it turned out, I left my house at 4am the next day and paid over 140.00 in train fares but I made it to the funeral.0 out of 5

I cannot express how fantastic the team are at the Leigh branch. Every single team member was super friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. Helena was especially understanding from the moment we spoke over the phone. They accommodated me beyond belief with a courtesy car after my own was stolen, even getting a vehicle transferred over night so I could pick up in time to attend an important meeting the following day. They gained nothing from doing this other than a very happy customer.(I still don't think they realise how much stress they have taken off my shoulders) If I could give more stars for a higher score I would. WOW I would recommend to anyone xx
Excellent service. Really helpful and good to deal with. Delivered and picked up the car when they said they would and always answered calls in a timely manner. Abbie and Jake both gave excellent help. Definitely would use again.
