Bought one of theyre heated jackets. Turned out to be something I didnt really like. Customer service was on point and accepted my return and the refund process was very smooth. Would recommend if you are into this type of design.
This company does not appear to have the infrastructure or the quality control to support its business. Ordered heated jacket 10 days before Christmas, was told that delivery would be January. In January I was contacted to say that due to a 'worldwide shortage' of components delivery could not be made until March, but if I changed my order free of charge to a more expensive product then I could get immediate delivery. This I did. Nothing arrived. After about 2 weeks I contacted the company. I was told that my delivery had been 'lost in the warehouse'. It was reordered, and finally arrived, 8 weeks after ordering. On arrival the product was faulty. By this time I was fed up and requested a refund. I was told on the 22nd February that a refund could take 'up to 2 weeks', it did not arrive until 16th March.
