We bought the mattress and its horrible to sleep on,you wake up with lower back pains.They advertise proudly that they will change it for you in 30 days if its not comfortable but they sont tell you about the 50 redelivery charge which apparently is on their T & Cs.To make a payment over the phone is a long,medieval process that barely works,the payment doesnt go through and you have to try several times by imputing your card details.The staff is not flexible at all for your needs,they just push the sails.Its a good name of the came Dreams,because this is what they are selling... only dreams!First and last bad experience with this company giving the fact that we bought an expensive mattress thats horrible,a bed and bedside tables.Never again will I ever step into your stores.Not to mention that they offer you store discount at their discretion and then they take back!Dissapointed!
Really nice staff and helpful, they were able to hold the bed for a long time whilst I was buying a house. Got the bed home (ex display and discount) mattress is fab, bad build on the bed itself as all the legs were loose. This could be because it was on display and lots of moving around but still shows it would not survive lots of moving around in your house. This is our second bed from dreams with the same build quality issues. I would not avoid but be careful on what you choose.
