Given delivery date and received number txt to say still on track. Delivery day arrived and nothing, called shop day after and was told still down to arrive so would be that week.Another week passed so called shop again after 10-15 minutes hold on phone was told will be another 3 weeks, but he would check n confirm so I asked to be called back, still waiting on that call!!!!Problem is I now have no sofas as sold old one on the basis they kept txting to say still down for original dateWill need a visit to store I think face to face best way just get fobbed off on phone
