Front line sales brilliant. Communication during sale and part x very poor. Hoping when we use them for servicing new car I can come back here and edit review to more positive.
Very courteous staff in the sales team and they were very helpful throughout the process of buying, unfortunately the servicing side do tend to let them down as they repeatedly tried to cut corners and they very rarely would answer the phone went put through to them, I eventually used another garage after several tries to have my car serviced. So I would definitely recommend them if you want to buy a new car, but I was less than satisfied with the garage side.

Rude staff who make you stand there while they ignore you. Only want you for your money. Nice cars but shocking after sales, once they've had your money. Wouldn't buy another Kia.
