Would give this company a 0* recommendation but unfortunately this isn't an option so I had to put 1*. I part exchanged my old car for an Audi A1 2012 plate. Picked up the car in September and when I got the car home I found a tiny dent on the bumper at the back of the car I called up the garage and they were trying to put the blame on me although I wouldn't of been able to do anything like that in a space of just over an hour it took me to get back home. Then I realised why a member of staff wanted to put my belongings from my old car in the boot for me as they didn't want me to see the damage.They fixed this problem for me as they finally took the blame although I had to travel to and from Warrington and was without a car for 3 days when they told me 1-2 days. Since October I have had Audi to inspect this car for me and I have had 2 services one regular service and one which was an oil service, 2 new front tyres (understandable as this happens on every car), an exhaust problem which needs to be replaced and new breaks and pads. Since owning this car I have paid over 1,000 for major maintenance which is unacceptable I feel like I have been well and truly ripped off. I have tried contacting the garage again with my concern and I am now getting ignored. Also after numerous requests I didn't receive my log book and then got told that it had defiantly been sent out to me in the post. After contacting the DVLA they informed me that it hadn't so I contacted the garage again and informed them what the DVLA had said and they finally sent me one out. Would defiantly not use again or recommend to anyone else as I've been lied to from the start STAY AWAY!!!:)

Great experience buying a car from Motor Mill, I spoke to most staff but dealt mainly with Jason and Vicky. There was no sales tactics, and I got a good deal on my trade-in. Car was prepped to brand new condition and after care service has been great. Would recommend.

Recently took out a Hire Purchase plan and the staff were very helpful and reasonable throughout. Had one slight issue with the car after a couple of weeks, however it was addressed immediately and fixed on the day. Overall, fantastic experience so far!

Outstanding service all the way through. The staff are professionals and very friendly, they made us feel and ease and build our confidence in them. They have a wide range of different cars, suiting all budgets.The car we got was just what we wanted and in great condition and valeted well.Thank you all so much for your help. You were amazing
