We recently called into Rix just to have a look. I had a very specific list of requirements and didnt think for 1 minute they would have what I was looking for. After a few minutes Norman approached us and really listened to what I was looking for. Wed bought a car a few years ago and Norman remembered us!! As it happened he found us the perfect Evoque, it was love at first sight and after a test drive and a brilliant part ex for my old car the deal was done! We picked the car up the following day. Norman sorted the transfer of my private plates and even gave us a couple of new ones for when the transfer was complete. Unfortunately after just a couple of weeks the car developed a problem, obviously very disappointed that my precious new car was poorly we contacted Norman. I need not have worried, more exceptionally good service, we dropped it off at lunch time on Tuesday and it was repaired and ready to collect by Wednesday tea time. Absolutely cant fault the service we have received, Norman is a credit to Rix! Thanks so much!!

Recently bought a Mercedes in immaculate condition. At the collection time the salesman noticed brake light issues and ensured I did not leave until the issue was resolved. Many other dealers would have not be so pro-activeI am a returning customer.
