Friendly Specialist HiFi shop, with a stunning array of quality HiFi equipment to demonstrate. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable about all things HiFi related. Definitely worth a visit, especially if you need to appreciate, just what a high end audio system, actually sounds like.
I was only making a small purchase but they couldn't have been more helpful - instead of a sales pitch, I was sold an item that was the right choice for me. Prices are fair, entirely competitive with online. But for this type of purchase, you're better off staying away from the internet and buying from an experienced bricks-and-mortar business, where sound advice and the opportunity to actually listen to product prior to purchase will save you in the long run. I will be going back for sure.

Took my old Marantz amp in this afternoon. Thought it had packed up forever but they patiently diagnosed the problem and repaired it for a very reasonable price all while having knowledgeable chat about upgrade options and demoing some possibilities. Will defiantly call in here when Im ready to upgrade.
