Visited this centre yesterday, 5th Jan 2019.Rang at 11.30am and asked if they could fit my S8 plus in for a replacement screen under warranty.Told to come straight in with it and they'd try to help.Went in with phone and was told they could do it that afternoon. Had phone back repaired for 3.30pm.Stunning service. The lady manning the front desk was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with the service from start to finish. I would look at Samsung products before anything else, based on this service. Apple have a lot to learn...Thank you very much to the staff at Warrington service centre.
Galaxy S9+ not charging via cable, spoke to lady on the desk who explained in detail the process, performed some tests and confirmed no power to device, within 4 hours, phone looking brand new and charging successfully, really happy with the service received. Highly recommended
Cannot fault this place. Visited three times over the last year. Once to get the screen fixed on my old S7, and twice for my watch. My watch was stuck in a boot loop, so they replaced the whole back of it. Unfortunately they damaged the screen whole doing it. I noticed a few days later took it back and they replaced the whole front of the watch no questions asked. Highly satisfied and would recommend.
The display on my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge was faulty (pink line). I dropped it off in the morning and it was ready to collect by early afternoon. The phone was in brand new condition after the repair (it could actually be a new phone). The receptionist was very pleasant and efficient. The technical staff are obviously very good too.
