Went in this afternoon to have a browse and ended up taking 5 fish home! The guy there was really friendly and knowledgable with great customer service! He took his time to show us which fish were best for our tank and even offered for us to go back, with some of our tank water/plants/filter system and he would give us some more advice on what was best. Greatly priced too! Will definitely be back in the future :)
We came all the way from Manchester to browse for some tropical fish, particularly for some shrimp. Found just what we was looking for! Paul (the owner) is very knowledgeable, helpful and down to earth. Although it was our first visit, we felt like we was visiting family as the service given by Paul was first class. A man with great stories, a wealth of knowledge and excellent customer service! Will definitely make tracks to visit again, well worth the visit. Thank you Paul
Been coming here for years, and still make time to visit when I'm in the area even after I've moved. Fish are always in great condition and well looked after, and the owners are a delight - fantastic, friendly service and incredibly helpful, too. An absolute gem of a place!
This is what an Aquarium shop should be like.Needed a heater and went in after googling.I was sold a cheaper more appropriate heater than I was looking for which is always a good sign in a shop.The owner Paul was really friendly with loads of banter and he knows his stuff. The Selection of fish is great with some fish I've never seen before and now really want . Plants are good too as are accessories.So all in all I've just found my new Favourite Aquarium shop.
Fish cove is a great place to get all your aquatic supplies. Great selection of fish to choose from. Paul is great, very very helpful and with his help and knowledge he spent time to explain how to replace my motor on my tropical aquarium and provided me with instructions on how to replace it correctly. Great service and with always return. Genuinely helpful and knowledgable. Excellent service would highly recommend.
