We had a great experience buying a pair of gerbils from Pets Corner in Warrington. From the initial phone call and throughout the whole process, Debbie was fantastic. She was really knowledgeable and obviously cared deeply about making sure that we were ready to provide a good home for the animals. She was great with our kids, talking to them about the things that the gerbils would need, whilst going through a much more thorough checklist with us. There was no hard sell to buy other items from the store, but she did want to make sure that we had the essentials covered.We spent the rest of our weekend watching two very lively gerbils exploring their new home.Overall, we were very impressed with the store, the company and the level of customer service that we were offered and we would be very happy to go back.

Went into pets corner today, to buy my daughter a hamster. I was amazed at how knowledgeable the customer assistant Sophie was and she couldn't do enough to assist us. Very highly recommend and will be going back again.
I am delighted with both the service and products available at this store. The staff are really knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They provide unbiased advice on products and dont just lead you to the most expensive. As a new puppy owner, I am grateful for all their help and my puppy is thriving on his new food
Today we bought a gorgeous Syrian hamster from Pets Corner Warrington. Everything about the service was amazing. Firstly Debbie guided us in the early stages about when to get our hamster , she was very helpful and keen to make sure that we got the right pet for us. As we were due to go on holiday, she arranged for us to be emailed some pics of the newly available hamsters in order that we could reserve one. We chose one whilst on holiday and went to pick him up today. My daughter is absolutely delighted with him!! When we picked him up, Sophie took us through all the important care instructions and made sure the little hamster would not be too stressed. She was obviously very knowledgeable about hamsters and was genuinely concerned about their welfare.Our main reason for choosing Pets Corner was because of their animal welfare policy... and they lived up to expectation. There was no hard sell to buy other products (though we did buy some things we needed), and I would absolutely recommend this shop. Thanks Debbie and Sophie!
