Staff truly know what they're talking about. My Bearded Dragon from here is going strong and is over 10 years old now. Lovely animals and products. Boarding also available for when you go on holiday.
Always a pleasure visiting. We get our food and animals there. They know their stuff, no matter if you're after a gecko or a bird. Animals are healthy and well cared for. Prices aren't cheap but you get best quality supply for your pets.
The cleanest pet shop I've ever been in! The staff are so knowledgeable and helpful. Even out of hours via messenger. Love the fact that they will look after your pet while you are away on holiday too! Great place.
Bought our delightful little hedgehog today after much research. From start to finish the staff were warm welcoming and extremely knowledgeable, nothing is too much trouble for them we have been visiting the store for sometime to get our reptile supplies. Our little man has clearly been well cared for and i cant thank you all enough.
Absolutely fantastic pet shop. I went in yesterday to buy a female cane toad. However it wasn't that easy. Which was a phenomenal surprise. A great surprise. You see the worker wanted to know how I was planning on keeping her. The enclosure, how I was planning on providing heat, her diet. What a breath of fresh air. A pet shop that sees their animals as living animals and not merely stock to be sold and replaced. Once I'd provided a picture of the enclosure I was going to be using and proving the beautiful cane toad would be looked after I was shown the toad was in great condition and health. Again a testament to the care and pride this pet shop and employees have for the animals they sell. Absolutely brilliant. 5 stars all day long.
