What a truly horrible customer experience For a start, nobody has been bothered to update this businesses location with Google, so finding it took 20 minutes I get there, and see a stand for "POST OFFICE QUEUE" that clearly says "if you want the post office, stand here" So I stood there, 10 minutes later a member of staff that I can only describe as a teenage that really doesn't like his job, starts to laugh at me for being stood in the wrong place (how would I know this? I've never been here before) He rudely just points at the other side of the floor, so I assume a post office is over there - off I go I ask for a Passport form (because according to the internet, they have those) Turns out not only do they not have them, the information on the internet is wrong (but why update it when people can just waste their time coming to talk to them?) No offer of "Would you like me to order you a passport form" just a funny look for not knowing this shops stock levels (even thought I'm a customer that's never been here before) Awful customer experience, will never return
As i am from the city found this post office a little bit slow on customer service. Needs more customer service clerks i reckon and less chit chat as well!
