I read the reviews and thought, I'm sure there not that bad. Omg! Very unprofessional staff. No help what so ever. There tracking stinks! And so does there attitude. Not pleased at all. ..trying to explain I've a parcel being delivered and wondered if parcel had left for my address or still in depo. He said Il have to come down with I'd. I said cant you check while im on thevphone. He said no Because he had a queue! I said I live 6hr drive away in Essex!..New staff needed!!
Please please shut this place! Terrible service, they have lost my parcels few times and asked to come back next day/few hours later. People working there are rude and unprofessional, especially that old guy (owner I guess?) If you cannot bothered to do your job maybe get another one!
Came in today to post a parcel man behind the counter continued writing in his banking book and left me stood there at least 2 minuites then started to serve me printed my stamp then his phone rang he took the call and left me stood there while he arranged to collect keys for a flat he rents out, in the meantime one of the other 2 members of staff told me to come over to them for help ... man behind counter grunted he was half way through my transaction so I couldnt. He then continued his call. When he had arranged his personal business he continued to serve me then threw/tossed my parcel marked fragile into a metal bin because he couldnt be bothered to get off his stool to place it in, to which I said I think you have just broken my package he said it wont be broke its in a bag do I want to unwrap it and check only when I said there was no need for the force he threw it did I get a very pathetic apology. Never in my life have I received such discussing service if you dont want to work there then crack on with your side line of renting properties because there are plenty of people that would do your job and be grateful if there customers I will not be returning.And just a side note as I use the post office frequently I wasnt asked what was in the parcel could of been posting anything !!
Very rude and obnoxious staff. Wouldn't go in here unless there was no alternative. PLEASE Learn some basic customer service skills!
Had a parcel to post & called at the post office at Birchwood Precinct because I was shopping there but queues out of the door! Found this one on Google as most convenient for me, & the experience was a delight The 2 PO counter staff were busy (though not unduly) but Ken helpfully asked what I was waiting for, & sorted me out at his shop counter. Fab. Thanks, Ken, & Happy Christmas Paul at Padgate.
