Just posted 2 parcels with FRAGILE tape on them; the lady just threw them in the parcel bag! I mentioned it to the lady and she asked, has it got fragile tape on it?to which I replied, yes. She just shrugged her shoulders. Not impressed at all.
The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help. During November and December it can get exceptionaly busy do allow extra time.Also you can use the main shop counter for stamps during the day and most services after the Post Office has closed .The Post Office website information is misleading as passport applications cannot be made after 17:30 during the week.
Staff very rude and always unhelpful.. seem to enjoy being obnoxious!
Been in today (25/11/13) to send a large parcel to BFPO 14. Two staff on the counter (Diane & Julie) great service.Many thanks to you both for resolving the problem.Dave Drummond
