Have been here for all sorts (guinea pigs, hamsters, rabbits). Staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, also always trying to think of ways to offer the best quality and price - chatting to the vet about wishing the RHD2 vaccination being on the complete care plan, and a group of them making it happen; also giving advice on the best plan to go on as well as helping to arrange any upcoming vaccinations. Receptionist staff are lovely! We've also had a young rabbit pass away under anaesthesia during a neutering op, which was very upsetting, but I couldn't fault the vets and nurses and other staff for the world. They will sit through any questions and concerns with you - I believe they did absolutely everything they could - it was incredibly kind of them to put their lit candle up for those lost! They always remember us when we go back and ask after animals by name which is lovely too.
Vets and reception staff are really accomodating. They all have the pets best interest first and foremost. Great team. I have a lot of trust and confidence in them. Keep doing what you're doing!

My dog loves going here. That's the best recommendation you can get. The vets and nurses are great with him and he runs to greet them every time. The rest of the store is great, well stocked with everything a pet owner could need. We have the monthly plan that covers monthly flea and worming treatments and annual vaccinations for 16 per month. That effectively includes a monthly check-up, as the vets want to see him to check his weight and condition before giving him flea drops and worming tablets. It's great value and I have a very happy and healthy puppy because of it.
The team are lovely and have always been considerate of my dog and her anxiety towards having her mouth and feet touched. They have never treated her any differently even though she can be a bit difficult. I find their treatment plans are straight to the point and are reasonably priced for the great service they offer.
