Provided a great customer experience. Was riding nearby when a spoke went on my rear wheel. Limped to Cheshire Cycles and they fixed it on the spot. Talked me through what they were doing as they were making the fix, offered me a brew and let me play with the dog while I waited!
I would just like to say what a pleasure it has been to do business with Cheshire Cycles, the job that they did to bring my Colnago back to life is phenomenal. Highly recommended. I hadn't used my bike for a while and they did a full service and upgraded the brakes at a very reasonable price. Took it straight out for a ride around Llandegla and it rides beautifully. These guys clearly have a passion for what they do and the knowledge to go with it. Will definitely use again.
