Im new to road biking and wanted to get advice on an entry level bike. Suzy and here colleagues were incredibly helpful, explaining everything I needed to know. A bike was ordered in for me, which was sized up correctly. I was advised on the best riding position and why, I asked if they could show me how to change the inner tube... nothing was too much trouble. I now have a new bike and am looking forward to getting out on it. Thank you
