Came here today to get a pair of pants at 130. Bearing in mind the pants are 120 at Blacks outdoor shop. Got to the till and was told my loyalty card had expired and it would be a further 5 for a new one. LolSo 135 for the pants .You just lost a good customer thanks to your loyalty card.Ps. Blacks outdoor shop do price match, so all ways a great deal without having to join a silly club.
Went here for a coat for my 14yr old daughter. They advertise for 35 to 70. They are all for little kids under 10 years old. The ones that are for children/ teens are at least 170, with a discount card!? Total rip off! And, pointless as kids, guess what? They get bigger as they grow. So this time next year she will be too tall, big for it and I'll be lucky to get 15 for it off eBay. Looked around for assistance. No one around just 2 staff on the tills. Asked one where the coats that would possibly fit her would be and got shown the children's section. I say shown, she nodded her head towards the little kids coats. So I gave up and walked out. Will buy off internet. Poor customer service, lack of interest will give someone else my hard earned money. Will not be going back.
Asked for help, chap said two minutes, waited ten. Next thing I find him having a management meeting on the shop floor with several members of staff. Proper amateur hour.
