FANTASTIC I was out for a ride on a bike I hadnt ridden for a while. The bike had low shock and tire pressures, then developed a slight buckle on in the rear wheel due to loose spokes. I rode into the store, the boys were really acomodating, I told the the issues, the bike was immediately rolled in to the workshop and 15 minutes later all was sorted. I bought a bike from Cyclehouse in 2018, I entered the shop requiring some advice and guidance as I wasnt a widely experienced cyclist. I wanted to get a bike that would help me loose some weight and improve my fitness.The two Simons were welcoming, helpful and my experience is that their customer service is second to none. I will recommend Cyclehouse to anyone who is looking to be helped and advised well and not treated like a number.I am now loving my cycling, Seeing lots of nice places and having some great experiences. I have been a customer of Cyclehouse now for a few years & am not usually the type of person to leave reviews but I feel that it is about time that I left this great bike shop a review after my most recent visit to have a bike serviced & to buy a crash helmet.The staff are all very helpful & knowledgeable & nothing is too much trouble for them be it either help with buying a bike, accessories or having a bike repaired/serviced.I have no hesitation is recommending Cyclehouse what so ever to anybody. Give them a try & you will be very pleased.
Excellent service as always. Couldnt recommend them highly enough whether you simply need your bike servicing or have a fault that you need fixing. Friendly and great value as well.
I know my way around the majortity of the better bike shops within 10/15 miles of Warrington and Cyclehouse is my first choice for all my mechanical needs. They are friendly decent people who know their stuff and who charge sensible rates. Some might know as much but charge a lot more and the ones whose charges are comparable are not as good.
