I would give 0 stars if it was possible. Took my brand new Ford Fiesta in on 22nd December as there was quite a severe water leak into the passenger footwell. They said that the windscreen hadnt been fitted properly, so they had to replace it. They phoned on 2nd & 4th January to say that my car was ready to be collected, both times it was still wet & very smelly. Was told to leave it with them for more tests. They then said the the flooring & carpets needed replacing. I eventually got my car back on 22 January, it was clean, dry & didnt smell, all points pointing to that it had finally been fixed this time. However, 3 days later I got in the car after a particularly frosty night & there was ice inside the car. The following day, after a rainy night, I got in the car & the passenger footwell was wet again. I phoned the garage, spoke to a lady on the service team, who said it would need to be booked in the body shop so she would speak to them & phone me back, she hadnt phoned by mid afternoon so I called back & spoke to a lady, I assume on reception, who was very rude & basically put the phone down on me, then there was no answer on the phone when I tried to ring back. I still havent been able to speak to anyone there, so I contacted motability as it is a motability car which I need in good order to be able to get about. It is now being dealt with by an alternative ford dealership. I will never use this place again & urge anyone if you pride your car & dont want treating like an idiot, go somewhere else.

I bought a new car from here 18 months ago, countess issues with it that they do not fix. I took the car to another garage and they have fixed the issues within 30 minutes but because of Warrington not fixing the issues in the first place it has now cost me. I have informed Warrington of this and they did nothing to make the situation better.Awful customer service.
