Very dis appointing don't take your family here, it's not family friendly, pay extra to go somewhere else or less and you will have a much better experience, they won't refund you either once you have paid even if it's only 600 seconds later, rooms are dated , remind me of the eighties, dull and dirty. Your room won't be prepared. And 99% of the staff are stuck up , managers treat you like your a second class citizen. I had to rate it 1 star as this was the lowest allowable but wouldn't even give it that.....

Hotel nice, park in need of updating. Went for Santa sleepover and food was very poor. They would be best not offering anything at all if this is the best they can do. Breakfast was awful. Kids enjoyed it all being 3 and 7 they were fully entertained.

Wow what a surprise booked for a single night 2adults and 2 kids with entrance on 2 days to the park evening turkey rolls and turkey dippers for the kids breakfast baps and juice and a trip to see santa with a present all for 170 quid. The hotel was very clean and staff were excellent.plenty of activities for the kids too all in all a great distraction from the Christmas mother will be booking again next year

A room cost me 38 for the night. Food was good. Bed was comfortable and room was big. Couldn't go wrong for the price. I was on business but I'd happily brin the kids here and I'd say they'd love it.

Stayed for 1 night in the hotel which was brilliant, staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast however was an absolute shambles. We were on the first list when going into Gulliver's for breakfast then when they were seating us a different family were against our room number. Was told to go in and somebody would meet us. We were stood waiting for about 5 minutes, the girl didn't have a clue why we were waiting and asked if we had booked then sat us at a nearby table. 10 minutes past with everyone else getting served. They brought 3 yogurts, a carton of juice and 3 biscuits (no spoons to eat yogurt). A further 30minutes passed, within this time we asked a girl when would we be served she ignored us. We had had enough so asked how long it would be, the table next to us said they were the same. They came with cups of tea then eventually our hot breakfast. We had to ask the table next to us for milk, sugar and a spoon. All the other tables got cereal and juice as well. The hot breakfast was really nice but the service was absolutely terrible.
