Since the Post Office moved to Walton Road I have been pleased with the service. I would previously have driven elsewhere to avoid the office on London Road, but this is very handy and excellent service. One or two of the members of staff could do with extra training, but I certainly haven't found any to be rude!

Customer service is appalling. The lady behind the counter was obviously annoyed about something or preoccupied. When i asked about my driving licence she didnt have a clue. Quite rude
The new post office opens at the crack of dawn, which is brilliant. The guy in there will take the time to find the best option for any posting to save you money. He is very patient with those who don't know the ropes! This is the best service I have ever had from any post office.
