We unfortunately had to visit Rees Vets with a very poorly cat who had to be put to sleep. The situation was handled with compassion and care, with all the options being explained clearly and sympathetically. Despite the sad situation, we left feeling that everything had been handled with care and respect, and we wouldnt hesitate to use Rees again in the future.
I've been coming here for a year with my two cats and I can't fault the service. From the welcoming Receptionists to the Professional and friendly Nurses and Vets at the practice. Love the text reminders to bring them in, makes life a lot easier knowing their up to date with everything. Can't fault, highly recommend
This vets is great! The staff are so friendly and helpful, they made my puppy feel really at ease by allowing me to bring her in before to get used to the surroundings. The vets have real specialisms that allow them to do great surgery at a cheaper price. They try to do everything they can for you and give you a lot of options to choose from. Receptionists can always be a little grouchy but having to deal with angry, upset clients all day thats kinda understandable. Definitely recommend!
Worst vets in Warrington- I wouldnt take a dead animal here - let alone a live one. Attended Sunday morning - Zero communication or compassion. Vet was incredibly rude and we were left waiting for 1 hour! No apology to keep us waiting - described the cat in need of treatment as a scabby feral cat and made to feel like an inconvenience. Absolutely appalled these people are in this type of business!
When we took our Border collie here because she was in labour and contractions stopped. They refused to treat her u less we paid an extortionate fee up front.....we couldn't do this so they turned us away in the knowledge the remaining pups would die inside her....would I use them again? Would you.....now they send me a computer generated apology a d ask me to contact them direct via e.mail. Think they're a bit too efficient at handling complaints it's like " they get a lot? "
